Glen has been professionally involved in fire and EMS for over 20 years including rural, urban and industrial services. He has an extensive business background with over 30 years of management experience. Glen is heavily involved with family and community, believing that honesty and integrity is the back bone of a successful business.

Debbie had many years of emergency medical service experience as a Paramedic (now known as an Advanced Care Paramedic) working in a variety of settings, including industrial, medivac, and ground ambulance services throughout Alberta. With her passion for lifelong learning, she returned to school for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and received her RN license in 2012, then continued on to achieve her Master’s in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Education. Debbie’s current role with OP Fire and Safety is in an administrative role with a strong emphasis on the safety program.

Teri joined the OP team in 2012 as our very much valued office manager. Her roles include accounts receivables/payables and employee/sub-contractor administration. Teri is also a volunteer for The Alberta Hockey Association.

Jennalee joined OP Fire and Safety as an EMR but quickly expanded her role as our medical supervisor and customer relations manager due to her strong interpersonal skills. If you are looking to meet with Jennalee so you can add OP Fire and Safety services onto your worksite she is happy to travel to your preferred location.
