He has an extensive business background with over 30 years of management experience. Glen is heavily involved with family and community, believing that honesty and integrity is the back bone of a successful business.
Debbie has 20 years of emergency medical service experience working in a variety of settings, including industrial, medivac and ground ambulance services throughout Alberta. She has instructed first aid and C.P.R. for the past 10 years, with enthusiasm and passion for knowledge and safety. Debbie has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the U of A, adding Registered Nurse to her qualifications.

Jason has over 20 years in the oilfield with 9 years in overseas Inspection. He also has 9 years wildland firefighting, as well 9 yrs in the military. Jason was also with the Canadian Forces as a Jump wings master. Jason is married with 3 children and loves the outdoors.

Mike Jepson was born and raised in Calgary. He started his 11 year fire career as a municipal firefighter and soon became an industrial firefighter. He has a strong background in industrial firefighting, specializing in well control, H2S, high angle, wildland urban interface firefighting, plant turn-around and special services.
He is a proud member of the Alberta-based Canada Task Force 2 Disaster Response Team on a volunteer bases, with a diverse capacity to respond to a variety of man-made and natural disasters such as the 2016 Fort Mac Fires.
Mike was a high-performance athlete with the Canadian National Luge Team for 8 years and was short listed for the Canadian Olympic team in 2006. He now competes on a rec team in the winter. Mike enjoys spending time with his family and son, as well as enjoying the outdoors across Alberta in his off time.
